With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Ghazal is a project management expert in various sectors such as commercial, healthcare, residential, hospitality, and industrial buildings. He is proficient in managing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing projects using modern computer design tools. His primary focus is on ensuring project cost and quality are up to par. He has a proven track record of managing design teams, overseeing quality control processes, and conducting field inspections. Additionally, he has professional expertise in reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, meeting deadlines, and ensuring all quality control activities are carried out. Mr. Ghazal is adept at conducting meetings with clients to achieve their desired goals and serves as a team leader to facilitate project completion among all involved parties.
Machs Javadi PE
At every level, Mr. Javadi is committed to providing quality service. He has implemented quality programs that prioritize quality above all else. His approach is carefully planned and starts with a complete understanding of project requirements. With 23 years of experience as a consulting design engineer, Mr. Javadi has expertise in various areas including lighting for parking lots, roadways, and sports fields, power systems, special systems, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), emergency generators, central plants, and more. He has designed successful projects and provided construction administration in a variety of industries, including multi-million dollar school projects, host server projects, banks, theaters, and ball fields.
Motaz Qudah PE
Meet Motaz Qudah, a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer with an abundance of experience in his field. With over 10 years of combined knowledge as a project engineer in mechanical engineering, Mr. Qudah has been responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for a diverse range of projects. These projects include commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, hospitality and assisted living facilities, industrial structures, mixed-use residential buildings, and single-family custom homes.
One of Mr. Qudah's key strengths is his ability to design energy-efficient systems that employ the most effective available technologies while maintaining cost efficiency. He is well-versed in applying LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) concepts and requirements, as well as state energy codes and green building codes. By integrating these principles into his designs, he ensures that the systems he creates are environmentally friendly and meets the highest standards of sustainability.
Shubham Sharma
Mr. Sherm has extensive knowledge and experience in using various software tools commonly utilized in the field, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, and Visual Lighting. With the aid of these tools, he can efficiently work with architectural and engineering designs, produce intricate drawings, and conduct numerous analyses associated with lighting and electrical systems.
